Burning Man’s philosophies around sharing and community are closely aligned with our own here at Omni and we love helping our members celebrate that special week out in the desert. 

But we do not love Playa dust. 

To ensure that our members’ items, our vans, and our Concierges stay dust-free we kindly ask that all items—both your own and those that you rent out—are thoroughly cleaned before any scheduled pick-up appointments. If a Concierge arrives to collect your items and deems them unfit for storage, you will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee.

In the event that they are not, our policies for rental items and your own items are outlined below:

For rentals and your own items: 

Dusty items will be collected for a $100 handling fee. They will either be cleaned at the rate of $30/hour or if they cannot be restored to their original condition they will be replaced. Any associated costs will be the renter’s responsibility.
