Using the Omni iOS app:
You can change the availability of each item in your Omni account directly from the item detail view by tapping the button below the item name – all items are set to “Personal” by default (featuring a lock icon) – tap the button to change to “Friends,” making the item available to you and any Omni members you’ve added as friends, or “Everyone,” making the item is available to everyone in the Omni community.

Using the Omni web app (website):
You can change the availability of each item in your Omni account by visiting your account details through the avatar on the top right of the screen, and selecting “item availability.”
