As a renter, you are fully liable for items in your order, and you are responsible for the value of replacing or repairing the item in the event that you're unable to return it in the condition it was rented in.

What does this mean?

  • If something unfortunate should happen to your item during a rental, Omni will initiate a claims process to determine the cost of cleaning, repair, replacement, or reimbursement. These include cases of theft, loss, confiscation or damage.
  • Renters are responsible for the value of cleaning, replacement, reimbursement or repair to the items assessed, and an additional administrative fee ($25) is charged for each item processed through our claims.
