Storage service

Storage fees for items in Omni's possession during a billing cycle are non-refundable. To avoid storage fees, you must remove your items from Omni's facility by either scheduling a delivery of all items, or by sending a request for Omni to dispose of your items on your behalf. 

If you wish to forfeit your stored items and have Omni dispose of them on your behalf, please contact support via chat, or send a request to hello@beomni.com.
